Shawl Collar Sweater-free knitting pattern
WARM AND cosy without being too bulky, this design for a man’s saddle shoulder sweater by French yarn company Bergere de France has plenty of interesting details. The central chevron cable panel, repeated on the sleeves and continuing to shoulders, is complemented by smaller twisting cables on the front. That smart shawl collar, worked in rib, is knitted in two pieces and completed with a button. Baronval is a great-value, wool blend yarn from Bergere de France which comes in 10 subtle shades, including blues, browns and greens.
